The Management Mastery Program is a comprehensive 12-week training program designed for business owners and managers who want to lead effective teams and deliver consistent results. Assignment:

Complete a team competency assessment and identify one development opportunity for at least two direct reports.

Managing Daily Tasks with Focus and Clarity

Live Session:

Discover how to boost team productivity by implementing a structured daily task system. Learn how to prioritize effectively, focus on high-impact work, and set the tone for consistent results.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on how daily planning affects team outcomes. Explore tools like the 80/20 rule, time-blocking, and the “FROG” method for tackling key priorities.

Assignment:

Implement the daily list system with your team. Submit a prioritized and time-blocked list using the provided structure.

Planning and Prioritizing Weekly Work

Live Session:

Learn how to stay focused and proactive with a structured weekly planning system. Discover the L.I.O.N. framework to help your team reflect, identify challenges, and align their goals for the week ahead.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on how your weekly planning currently supports—or hinders—team progress. Explore how to align weekly actions with larger goals.

Assignment:

Implement the weekly L.I.O.N. process with your team. Submit your completed list with six aligned weekly goals.

Running Productive and Purposeful Meetings

Live Session:

Learn how to run structured weekly meetings that improve communication, build alignment, and keep your team focused. Explore tools like WIFLE, group discussions, and shared priorities to drive momentum.

Implement a weekly meeting with your team using the suggested format. Submit your weekly meeting outline and one key takeaway from the session.

Leading Powerful One-on-One Conversations

Live Session:

Learn how to conduct weekly one-on-one meetings that support team alignment, performance, and personal development. Discover how to use L.I.O.N., KPIs, and strategic feedback to coach your team more effectively.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on your current one-on-one meeting habits. Evaluate how well your team feels supported and challenged to grow.

Assignment:

Implement a weekly 1-2-1 meeting with at least one team member. Submit your meeting reflection including one win, one challenge, and one coaching insight.

Week 7

Setting Goals and Tracking What Matters

Live Session:

Learn how to set and track goals that actually move the needle. Explore the difference between activity, performance, and behavior measures—and how to use frameworks like SMART, KAI, KPI, and KBI to align team efforts with results.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on which measures you currently track, and which ones are missing. Consider how stretch goals could inspire greater performance.

Assignment:

Draft one SMART goal and identify related KAIs, KPIs, and KBIs for your role or team. Share your completed 6x6 list.

Week 8

Creating 90-Day Plans That Drive Results

Live Session:

Learn how to lead powerful 90-day planning sessions that drive focus, accountability, and performance. Explore a simple process for reviewing the past quarter, setting strategic goals, and aligning your team.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on your team’s biggest wins, lessons, and challenges from the past 90 days. Consider how vision and mindset impact your ability to lead future planning effectively.

Assignment:

Complete a 90-day plan draft using the provided template. Identify your top five goals and one personal development focus for the next quarter.

Week 9

Coaching Performance & Holding People Accountable

Live Session:

Learn how to lead meaningful performance reviews that support career growth and accountability. Explore the performance management cycle, how to handle difficult conversations, and tools like SWOT and personal development planning.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on how you currently approach annual reviews, coaching, and discipline. Consider how to align employee goals with organizational outcomes.

Assignment:

Complete a personal development plan and SWOT analysis for one team member. Schedule your next annual review using the provided template.

Week 10

Communicating Clearly and Effectively

Live Session:

Explore the tools and techniques great managers use to communicate with impact. Learn how to apply DISC profiling, 360° feedback, and NLP strategies to build trust, clarity, and connection with your team.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on your personal communication style and how it affects collaboration. Identify where clearer communication or better delegation could improve performance.

Assignment:

Complete a DISC assessment and select one tool—feedback, scripting, or delegation—to practice with your team this week.

Week 11

Building Strong Teams with Repeatable Systems

Discover how great teams are built through structured systems, strategic recruiting, and ongoing development. Learn the 9 steps to systemization, keys to a winning team, and how to hire and onboard top talent.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on your current team structure and how systems, training, or recruitment could be strengthened. Identify areas where clarity or process is missing.

Assignment:

Review your organization chart and select one system, one training need, and one improvement to your recruitment process. Share a draft plan with your coach or team.

Shifting from Task Manager to Strategic Leader

Live Session:

Explore what it truly means to move from managing people to leading them. Learn how to shift from tactical execution to strategic thinking, strengthen relationships, and inspire lasting impact through vision, trust, and growth.

Capstone Project

Participants will complete the program by developing a Quarterly Management Action Plan that includes strategic goals, team priorities, and leadership development actions—drawn from the 12 key areas of management covered in the course. This personalized roadmap will guide their execution and growth over the next quarter.

  • Capstone Project – Submission of a final management action plan for the upcoming quarter


Participants who meet all requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion, recognizing their commitment to business growth.
