Reflect on how your goals and values shape your future direction. Begin your Alignment Report to identify gaps between your current state and ideal future.

Assignment:

Draft your vision and mission statements. Identify three specific goals to support your destination.

Managing Time Like a High-Performer

Live Session:

Learn how to take control of your time using proven productivity techniques and time-blocking strategies. Understand how to shift from working in your business to working on it.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on how you currently use your time. Explore time logs, Covey’s Time Matrix, and tips for eliminating distractions.

Assignment:

Conduct a personal time study. Identify time-wasters and reallocate at least 5 hours per week toward growth-focused activities.

Create or update one checklist, template, or SOP in your business—and identify one routine task to automate or delegate.

Learn the six essential elements for building a high-performing team: strong leadership, a common goal, clear rules, action planning, supportive risk-taking, and full inclusion.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on how your current team aligns with the six keys. Evaluate your leadership culture, communication style, and performance expectations.

Assignment:

Complete a team alignment report. Identify one change to improve team cohesion, accountability, or collaboration.

Week 10

Balancing Management and Leadership Roles

Live Session:

Explore the essential differences and overlap between management and leadership. Learn how to balance daily operational oversight with long-term vision and influence.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on your current leadership and management style. Analyze where you fall on the “Point of Power” scale and how that impacts team performance.

Assignment:

Identify one area where stronger management or leadership is needed in your business. Set an action plan to develop that area over the next 30 days.

Learn how to master your business finances by understanding key financial reports like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Break-Even Analysis. Build confidence in making decisions based on financial data.

Independent Learning:

Explore your own financial mindset, review common money flow pitfalls, and learn how to track key financial metrics.

Assignment:

Complete a financial snapshot of your business and identify one profit-boosting opportunity using the tools provided.

Week 12

Designing Your Ideal Business & Life Vision

Live Session:

Tie everything together by exploring the connection between personal growth and business success. We’ll guide you through defining your dream goals and using the “Be x Do = Have” formula to clarify who you need to become and what you must do to achieve the results you want.

Independent Learning:

Reflect on your 12-week transformation and evaluate your progress across five life and business categories. Use your completed Alignment Report as the foundation for your Business Action Plan.

Assignment:

Complete your Alignment Report and finalize your Business Action Plan to set the foundation for your next 90 days of focused growth.

Capstone Project

Participants will complete the program by developing a Comprehensive Business Action Plan using structured tools and templates provided throughout the course. This plan integrates core areas of business—strategy, marketing, operations, sales, financials, and leadership— and serves as a personalized roadmap to guide growth, clarity, and execution over the next 3–12 months.

  • Capstone Project – Submission of a full Business Action Plan ready for implementation
