Leadership Mastery
The Leadership Mastery Program is a comprehensive 12-week training program designed to equip participants with essential leadership skills to drive team success, foster innovation, and achieve measurable results. Combining interactive live sessions and independent assignments, participants will develop key strategies and gain practical experience to elevate their leadership potential.

A minimum of 4 and maximum of 12 participants only
$2,500 CAD
36 hours (18 hours live instruction + 18 hours independent learning and assignments)
Weekly 90 minute live sessions, supplemented by learning modules and applied assignments

Independent Learning:
Reflect on your current leadership style using the 14 Points of Culture and essential leadership traits. Identify where you lead with confidence—and where growth is needed.
Assignment:
Complete a leadership self-assessment and set a clear leadership intention for the program. Choose one trait to strengthen and commit to applying it in your daily leadership this week.
Defining Your Vision and Leadership Foundations

Explore how a company’s history and leadership journey shape its culture and long-term vision. Learn how to align your leadership approach with organizational values to build clarity, motivation, and inclusive team alignment.
Independent Learning:
Reflect on your organization’s milestones, leadership evolution, and communication style. Assess how self-awareness, listening skills, and communication habits influence your leadership impact.
Assignment:
Complete a leadership reflection on your organization’s history and vision. Identify one leadership behavior to adapt this week and draft a vision alignment statement for your team.
Building a Strong, Values-Driven Culture

Independent Learning:

Assignment:
Define or refine your organization’s core values. Identify one culture-building behavior to model this week and one strategy to strengthen trust and inclusivity within your team.

Learn how to set powerful leadership goals and apply OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum. Explore how influence, communication, and trust elevate your leadership impact.
Independent Learning:
Reflect on your personal leadership objectives and team direction. Evaluate how your communication habits and goal-setting practices influence team performance and engagement.
Assignment:

Independent Learning:
Reflect on your leadership traits, team dynamics, and communication style. Complete DISC and 360° feedback assessments to gain insight into how your leadership is perceived—and where it can grow.
Assignment:
Draft a personal leadership brand statement. Identify one delegation habit to improve this week and create a plan to let go of a task that doesn’t require your direct involvement.
Driving Innovation and Leading Change
Live Session:
Explore how to lead innovation and creativity in your team while building a culture that embraces change. Learn how to guide teams through transition, foster flexibility, and manage underperformance with empathy and clarity.
Independent Learning:
Reflect on how you foster innovation and handle change within your organization. Review strategies for problem-solving, improving efficiency, and building a high-performance culture.
Assignment:
Identify one process or habit to improve for greater innovation. Implement a change leadership technique and outline how you'll support your team through it this week.
Mentoring and Growing High-Performing Teams
Live Session:
Explore the leader’s role in mentoring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team. Learn how to foster a culture of learning, growth, and accountability that attracts and retains top talent.
Independent Learning:
Reflect on your current team development practices. Assess how you support learning and leadership growth through coaching conversations, mentorship frameworks, and skill-building systems.
Assignment:
Identify one team member to mentor or coach this week. Create a development plan that outlines their goals, your support, and one action you’ll take to strengthen your role as a growth-focused leader.

Review your leadership milestones and challenges. Assess your current strengths, leadership brand, and areas for development using feedback, personal reflection, and structured planning tools.
Assignment:
Complete a leadership SWOT analysis and draft a personal leadership development plan. Identify one strength to amplify and one habit to improve this week.
Designing Your Path Forward as a Leader
Live Session:
Reflect on how far you’ve come in your leadership journey—and where you want to go next. Learn how to set strategic goals, lead with intention, and multiply your impact by developing other leaders around you.
Independent Learning:
Review your leadership highlights, lessons, and growth areas from the past 12 weeks. Revisit your leadership goals, evaluate team development progress, and identify new habits to reinforce.
Assignment:
Complete your 90-day Leadership Action Plan. Identify three focus acts and three passion acts for yourself and your team, and outline how you’ll sustain growth beyond the program.
Participants will complete the program by submitting a Leadership Action Plan and Commitment Statement. This final project consolidates key learnings into a clear, actionable strategy for ongoing leadership development. It includes specific goals, success metrics, and a personal commitment to consistently apply the leadership principles explored throughout the program.
Interactive Learning: Engaging weekly live sessions featuring real-world case studies, role-plays, and collaborative discussions.
Applied Assignments: Hands-on projects that turn leadership concepts into immediate action and workplace impact.
Capstone Project: Create a personalized Leadership Action Plan to guide your continued growth beyond the program.
Peer Learning: Connect and collaborate with a network of driven, growth-focused leaders for shared insight and support.
Participants will be assessed based on:
Attendance – Minimum of 10 out of 12 live sessions must be attended
Homework Submissions – Completion of all assigned weekly exercises
Participation – Active involvement in discussions, role-playing, and group feedback
Capstone Project – Submission of a final leadership action plan and commitment statement
Participants who meet all requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion, recognizing their commitment to business growth.
